TITLE: JAH LIGHTNING AND THUNDER (VERSE II)

Falasha Recordings are pleased to announce the follow up album to "The Wrath Of Jah" Verse 1
entitled;


"Jah Lightning & Thunder" Verse 11.




This a mixture of rhythmic tribal drum patterns and heavy bass lines, which are blended with intricate melodies to produce an enthused and uplifting musical experience.
This release follows 'Aba Shanti & The Shanti-Ites' into the realms of another chapter of mystical dub music.
It contains a selection of dub music with varying moods/colours and shades, some of which are almost spiritual in nature.


Breaking through the melancholy,this album seeks to take you to a place where there are no shackles and chains and where we all can be free.
From meditation tracks like 'GROUNDATION ROCK' to all out steppers tracks like 'THE CROWNING OF THE KING' the elements are all present creating an essence of peace and tranquillity on one side and Jah Lightning and Thunder on the other

Falasha Recordings are pleased to announce the first release on our new label entitled "The Wrath Of Jah" Verse 1


This is the first time that these tracks have been available on any format other than on dub plate and as dub plates have only been played by sound systems.
This album represents the first in a series of dub albums which will build into a collection which has an underlying theme;each album will have a subtitle of 'Verse'.,where the number after the verse denotes where that album is in the series.
Each new release will contain wholly original material with additional tracks on the cd.
There are tracks on this release which such as 'Zulu Warrior' , 'Free The Nation' and the title track 'The Wrath Of Jah' which are Aba Shanti-I sound system standards and are well known to sound system followers throughout Europe.

Falasha Recordings are please to announce the next instalment in the continuing Dub saga which has now reached verse III.


JERICHO WALLS (The Horns Of Jah) VERSE III




This is a natural progression in terms of musical content and presentation and sees 'The Shanti-Ites' producing rock solid earth shaking rhythms with that unmistakable stamp of Aba Shanti-I, bending the sounds on the mixing board as only he can.


From the opening track 'Tower Of Babel' through 'Man In The Hill' and onwards pausing to pay homage to that legend of Reggae music 'Tribute To Tommy McCook', the journey continues to the final track; a remix of the title track 'Jericho Walls'.


We at Falasha are striving to produce the best quality package of music and artwork and have invested heavily in one of the few commodities that money cannot buy;Time!


Time has been spent designing the package in which the music is presented and time has been spent recording and mixing these tracks so that a continuous theme is evident from
